Details:

Unaligned uncorrected movies were recorded automatically using SerialEM on a K3 camera in super-resolution mode on a Glacios microscope operated at 200 kV (Cs=2.7). Micrographs are dose-weighted, aligned and motion-corrected with MotionCor2 via the RELION GUI with a binning factor of 2, leading to a final pixel size of 1.122. The gain reference is provided in data/gain_ref. Particles were picked and processed in cryoSPARC.
