Details:

All 6,890 available dose-weighted motion-corrected micrographs from the untilted acquisition of a PCID2–UAP56–UCM-1–N-UBM fusion protein in complex with SEM1 and MBP–GANP(582–1004), 15U RNA and AMP-PNP. Images were acquired on a 300 kV Titan Krios G4 with a cold field-emission gun, Selectris energy filter with a 5 eV slit and Falcon 4i detector; total dose 50 e-/A^2 and nominal defocus range -1.0 to -2.5 micrometres. The deposited files are regular 4096 x 4096 MRC mode 2 (32-bit float) images at 0.749 A/pixel.

All available dose-weighted motion-corrected micrographs from the 20-degree tilted acquisition of the same human UAP56–TREX-2 specimen. The publication reports a 9,374-micrograph processing subset that were processed for the publication. Here we deposit the full 11,142 micrographs that were acquired. Acquisition settings were otherwise identical to the untilted set. The deposited files are regular 4096 x 4096 MRC mode 2 (32-bit float) images at 0.749 A/pixel.
