Details:

Dataset of 88 517 movies collected at 270kx magnification on a Titan Krios with Falcon IV camera. Sample is the stabilised complex of two human protein kinases (MEK1 and ERK2) with the transition-state analog ADP.AlF. Deposited are the raw movie files in TIFF format and XML meta data for exposure group information. Processing resulted in three maps in separate states of the complex, for which the total particle coordinates for final reconstructions of all states are deposited in a .star file along with the exported cryoSPARC job.
