Details:

This dataset comprises a total of 20,142 cryo-EM movies (.tif) and their corresponding gain reference files (.mrc) stored in the "data" folder. The data were collected using a JEOL JEM-Z320FHC operated at 300 kV, equipped with an in-column Omega energy filter and a K3 camera. Images were acquired with a pixel size of 0.79 Å/pixel, a nominal defocus range of -1.0 to -1.8 μm, and a 3 × 3 image shift pattern. The dataset is divided into two subsets based on the data collection date. The first subset in the "data/20250630" folder contains 7,506 movies, and the second in the "data/20250731" folder contains 12,636 movies. For the movie filenames, the three characters preceding the .tif extension (e.g., 001.tif) correspond to the specific beam shift position.
