Videos were collected using EPU (version 2.14.0; Thermo Fisher Scientific) in counting mode with a total dose of 60 e− per Å2 for a 7.15-s exposure. A total of 10,314 videos were recorded in EER format at a nominal magnification of ×130,000, corresponding to a physical pixel size of 0.9013 Å, with a defocus range from −0.6 to −2.1 μm.
