Micrographs collected on TFS Glacios microscope (200 kV) in counting mode with Falcon3 direct electron detector at a nominal magnification of 150,000 (pixel size 0.95 A). Total electron dose of 40 e-/Å2. Three subdatasets of the same sample collected on three different dates. Subdataset '20200131' has 38 frames per image (fractions). Subdataset '20200302' has 37 frames per image (fractions). Subdataset '20200412' has 36 frames per image (fractions).
