Details:

Second of two (randomly organized) stacks of images used to generate EMD-45056. Average micrographs of 50 frames over 50 e-/pix/sec motion corrected using MotionCorr2 in 6x5 patches in Relion 4.0. Images were collected on a 300 kV Titan Krios with a K3 direct electron detector and BioQuantuum energy filter with a slit set to 15 eV. No objective aperture was used. Spherical aberration is 2.7.
