Raw movies collected with 50 frames, 50 e- total dose, 2.164 s exposure time, 0.0435 s frame time, and 22.98 e- Å-2 s-1 dose rate. Polished particles are in the the Polish folder. Information of particles used in consensus reconstruction is available as consensus_product.star . Information of particles used in cryoDRGN analysis is available as cryoDRGN_product.star .
