Z-step is 50Å Voxels: 0.0025 x 0.0025 x 0.005 um 16bit raw images taken with EsB and InLens-SE detectors were fused as 70%+30%. The datasets were aligned and processed in Microscopy Image Browser (https://mib.helsinki.fi/)
