Details:
Unaligned, non-gain-normalised, 40-frame movies from a Bioquantum-K3 camera recorded in super-resolution mode with twofold binning (within EPU) at 130,000x magnification on the MIT.nano Titan Krios G3i microscope operated at 300 keV (Cs = 2.7mm). Each micrograph accumulates 45.4 e/A2 over a 1.09s exposure time. The final refinement run_data.star file for the EMDB deposition is included as 'EMD-46818_refine_data.star', although you will need to edit the micrograph path within this file if you wish to reuse the picked coordinates. Good luck! This dataset is a little bit tricky.
