Shared structural mechanisms of alternating access between the secondary peptide transporter SbmA and ABC transporters
Unaligned multi-frame movies with each containing 60 frames per movie collected from a Quantifoil Au 1.2/1.3 300 mesh grid at 200 kV in counting mode. Total accumulated electron exposure on the specimen level corresponds to 50.1 electrons per Å^2. Movies are not gain corrected and the gain reference is provided. Data acquired with SerialEM using a 3 x 3 multi-shot array.
