Unaligned multi-frame movies of mouse heavy-chain apoferritin in 290 nm gold foil holes (HexAuFoil). The movies (60 frames) were collected using Titan Krios (Magnification 130,000x) and K3 Bio-Quantum in super-resolution model with energy filter set to 15 eV energy slit width. Pixel size is 0.324 Å/pixel in super-resolution model, accumulating around 52 electron per squared Angstrom in a 1.6 second exposure. The beam shifts (X and Y), as reported by EPU, for each micrograph are listed in the attached .xml file. Gain reference is 240508_Gain_Ref.mrc.

Archives and downloads the selected files into an uncompressed zip file.
Depending on the number and size of files to be downloaded, this can take an enormous amount of time.
Also, this feature is unstable and may not work properly, and checksums of downloaded files are not verified.
We recommend using rsync, aspera, globus, etc.

The aligned and dose-weighted micrographs of mouse heavy-chain apoferritin in 290 nm gold foil holes (HexAuFoil) are from the first 36 motion-corrected images derived from 60 raw movie frames (accumulating 52 electrons per square angstrom in a 1.6-second exposure). Pixel size is 0.648 Å/pixel, accumulating around 31 electron per squared Angstrom in 36 frames. The beam shifts (X and Y), as reported by EPU, for each micrograph are listed in the attached .xml file.
