Details:

Particles are autopicked helical particles generated by RELION 3.0.8. Micrographs are raw unaligned movies in super-resolution mode with a physical pixel size of 0.828 Å. Each micrograph contains 50 frames with a total dose of 60 e-/Å2. Super.mrc can be used as the gain reference for downstream motion correction.
