Details:
Multi-frame raw micrographs without gain correction in LZW compressed TIFF were generated from gain-corrected MRCs using relion_convert_to_tiff. Two batches of micrographs are uploaded (data/batch*/*.tif), each with a separate gain reference. Imaging was performed at 120,000x magnification on JEOL CryoARM 300 equipped with a DE64 detector at SCMI on 2020-08-17.
Sample contained 8.8 μM of each of USP1(C90S), UAF1, FANCI, FANCD2 monoubiquitinated on K561 and dsDNA (61 base pairs).
