The tilt series in the data directory (not including the files in the subdirectory Mag64k) were taken under 42k magnification. The pixel size was calibrated to 2.118 A. The tilt series in the subdirectory Mag64k were taken under 64k magnification. The pixel size was calibrated to 1.346 A.
