Data from Dataset 8. Raw multi-frame movies of tilt series collected on protrusions of Drosophila S2 alpha-tubulin acetyltransferase knock-out cells induced with 5 uM Cytochalasin D for 4 hours. The gain reference and defects files are provided within the folder. The pixel size is 2.952 Å/pixel. Data was collected on a K2 summit. Metadata from tilt series acquisition (Mdoc files) can be found within the Mdoc_files folder.
