Details:

Each subdirectory contains the raw data that was used for reconstruction of one electron cryo-tomogram. In six cases, the raw data is the unaligned series of tilt images. In one case, the raw data are three dose-fractionated frames per tilt image. The sample are cryo-FIB milled HeLa cells expressing untagged Cidec.

Details:

Seven reconstructed tomograms, each obtained from the tilt images contained in one subdirectory of the directory RawData. The data was binned during the tilt series alignment. Note that image width and height vary from case to case.
